Back in the Dungeon

Well, that was quick. My third workout after getting back with Sadist and he went for the jugular. Okay, so not literally, but he did not take it easy as we targeted legs (where I am generally in beast mode), shoulders, and abs, not to mention the cardio that he sneaks in on me. When all was said and done at the end of the workout, my legs were shaky and felt like they had the consistency of a jello mold. You know what I’m talking about.

It is nice to be getting back into my old routine, at a pace that will, hopefully¬†not burn me out. It is certainly not easy, but it shouldn’t be. My next targeted area is my diet, or lack there of. I fell off the “eat well and healthy” wagon and landed in a well filled with chocolate. I have some plans in my brain on kickstarting my diet back up, not a longterm, permanent idea, but a short, jolt to my system type of thing. I may need to do some research on this before I start it, make certain I am getting all my required vitamins, minerals, and nutrients.
